End flang is made of high strength aluminum alloy casting;It mainly plays the role of a supportive,connection and transmission of mechanical;It is the main bearing body of hollow composite insulators for the main seal of internal air.
Silicone rubber is injected into the mold cavity inside by injection machine,and the forming under high temperature,high pressure for a predetermined time;Serves as the outer insulation of the insulator;It provides creepage distance for insulator;It protects the insulating tube of FRP.
Resin impregnated fiber glass wound tube and cured at high temperature;Used as the skeleton of insulator;Provides the mechanical strength for the insulator;Serves asthe inner insulation of the insulator.
