Our copper mould plate/tube adopted Co-Ni, Ni-Co coating, and also we successfully developed a supersonic high-temperature spray technology which can improve the steel flow and extending the life of copper plate.

Our continuous caster copper mould plate including flat copper plate, arc copper plate, also we can provided combined square copper billet, irregular shape copper billet as well as all other special shaped products. Also we are providing service for repairing all the damaged or weary plates.
