Usage: In summer
1、Locate the Aloe Soft Crystal Regimen Mattress Flatly on the bed for direct use(best for hard plank bed).Turn on air-conditioner freezing for around a hour prior to sleep to fully cool down the mat.
2、When the environment temperature lower then *0℃, can not use air-conditioner.When the environment temperature exceeded then *0℃, set the air-conditioner at ****8℃, has obvious energy saving effect.
In winter:
1、When indoors temperature is lower then *8℃,locate an water electric blanket of the same size under the aloe soft crystal mat and switch up the power source for *0min before sleeping so as to fully accumulate heat in the aloes mat; obvious warming effects are demonstrated when switching it off when sleeping.
2、It might be cool by sleeping on the mat when summer approaches to an end and winter just starts. It is suggested that you pave a quilt on the mat that serves as roles as dehumidification and prevention of perspiration.
3、Aloe soft crystal sleeping mats have the function of moist skin, try to keep to use in winter.
