Normal cctv camera is a camera only, and must work with additional DVR device for video recording. This DVRCam WR C**8B has video-out for realtime viewing, and  it can record video by itself.  You only need a Micro-Card (2GB***4GB).

How can set up the time in the DVRCam?

Use the  remote control to DVRCam, and set up on the screen.
