This product is used for copper plating on the gravure cylinder with features of Even-textured, No air hole, No slagpatch. Even phosphorous guarantee the production electrolyze evenly without powders. High quality materials make the copper content achieve more than *9.9%.

2. The plating nickel (block) is a high purity non-reactive nickel material produced in electrowinning method.Cathode nickel plate in full-size is made in electrowinning method, and cut into different of sizes from.

The size most suitable for anode basket plating is *5mm×*5mm. Larger sizes are not commonly used in electroplating, because large size is easy to form bridge and void in basket.

Since plating nickel (block) is inactive, the plating solution must have chloride, in order to dissolve it and achieve **0% anode efficiency.
