OUR GOLD AND SALES CIF PROCEDURES

1. Seller sends FCO to the buyer and the buyer signs the FCO and returns it to the seller.

2. Seller prepare draft contract and send to buyer for consideration and amendments if any

3. Buyer comes for gold testing and signing agreement

4. Assay report is given out in the name of the buyer.

5. Buyer and seller will share the cost of Government Royalties and other export logistics

6. Seller‘s export agent shall do the export arrangement as per CIF terms, and once the documents are obtained, the buyer releases back the gold given as collateral to the seller and ready for export.

Collateral is gold to the value of govt taxes.

7. Seller/representative will fly with the buyer to witness the smelting process and final payments
