INSPECITON    :

a) The product was inspected and tested by Congolese Control Office

  of Public Prescription, Katanga Province, on seller's expense.

  Inspection of the product will be confirmed on a certificate.

b) The Buyer shall be entitled to technically re-inspect the goods at the

  port of discharge, all expenses to be borne by Buyer.

c) If the degree of purity of Copper Cathodes shall be less than *9.*5%,

   the Seller shall agree with the buyer on the new price although.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The buyer will pay by irrevocable, nontransferable and confirmed DLC *0%

at sight at the discharge port against inspection report / BL, *0% after sight

at the discharge port against CIQ
