After signing contract seller will provide:

Seller will not give past SGS or CIQ REPORTS.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment by Irrevocable, confirmed Non-transferable, auto revolving, **0 % documentary letter of credit to seller’s financier bank enabling the seller’s financier to finance shipment to buyer, payable at sight within seven (7) days activated at port of destination aftersampling and analysis certificate by SGS

PROCEDURES

1.Buyer issues ICPO in favor or The End Seller via Empire Global Trade, LLC.

2.Seller issues DRAFT CONTRACT in buyer’s name.

3.Buyer signs DRAFT CONTRACT and the seller thereafter.

4.Buyer’s option: Buyer has the option of visiting seller’s Ware house on

   his own expense after signing of contract.

5. Buyer’s Bank issues proof of funds.

6. Seller Financiers bank issues pre advise 2% PB to the buyer’s bank.

7. Buyer issues transferable, auto revolving, irrevocable, confirmed letter of

    credit to seller’s financier bank to enable seller financier to finance total

    contract shipment to buyer’s destination seaport.

8. Seller commence Loading and shipment on confirmation of financial

    instrument of payment.

9. The seller completes the shipment as per CIF terms.

*0. Final payment made as per contract agreement after SGS inspection at

      Discharge port.

CONTRACT. All transactions will be made between End BUYER and End SELLER.
