here comes the promised copper cathode proposal. It is from Africa. 
   
 I can also deliver copper cathodes and copper concentrate from Russia.  
   
 The copper cathodes from Russia are of a better quality than the cathodes which are usually offered on the market.  
   
 The copper concentrate can be delivered in the the quality *5+ %, *8+ % and *0+ %. 
   
 In the case that someone is interested in a delivery from Russia I need directly a LOI including an IMFPA paper from the buyer.  
   
 In the case that someone is interested in a delivery from Africa I need a ICPO plus IMFPA.  
   
 Concerning the NCNDA ,which was sent to you by Mr. Zeidan, I ask you to sign it, as I am going to receive very good products, which you would like to offer. But my network insist on a NCNDA.
