Copper coated welding wire packing machine is mainly designed for exterior wrapping, which can make the package tide.  It is made by well-designed and sophisticated technique. The machine is well applied to in metallurgical industries. The ring of the machine can be adjusted based on the specific product ID, OD and Width. And the wrapping speed can be required by clients. This kind of machine will protect the object from rust, dust, moist and wear, etc.

• PLC & HMI are optional according to client demand;
•  Indicator alarms automatically when  trouble occurs;
• Intelligent operation by imputing objects OD, ID & width, PLC will calculate the tape length, wrapping circles and cutting time automatically;
• Special tension control system is adopted for adjusting the overlap rate and material tension based on requirements;
• The ring height can be adjusted for different size OD and ID;
•  Anti-wear polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel, ring with integral mould structure;
• Synchronous wrapping (two kinds of wrapping materials working together) is available.
