Specification
Cu contents between ****0%  (Mixed without guarantee quantity of each %) . Other mineral contents, such as 
CR/FE ratio, Mg, Sulphur, Moisture , net shipped weight, gross weight etc shall be determined as per the analysis 
report from the SGS. 
Quantity
*0,**0 Metric Tons, 5% more or less at sellers option.
Price
Shall be quoted in USA Currency, per metric ton, either FOB Philippines or C&F Port of Discharge. 
Price Calculation Formula
*0% of the Price of prime quality copper traded at LME shall be taken as a base price. 
Export Packing
Loose (without bundled), loaded directly in to container or BULK in vessel.
Port of Loading    
Batangas International Sea port of Philippines 
Delivery
Within ****5 days after receiving of clean copy of LC. 
Payment
Documentary L/C, **0% invoice value, payable at sight.
Stuffing Capacity
Approx *7 to *8 tons in a **-ft standard type container.

Sellers shall receive payment from the negotiating Bank in Philippines upon receipt of SGS certificate, Sellers shall not be responsible for the results found at the Port of Discharge.
