1. Introduction
Through nearly twenty years of
improvement on the basis of digesting the imported equipment, this
product has long service life, low energy consumption and high
efficiency compared with same type product, it has the advantages
of less electricity power consumption, large crush capability, wide
suitability, compact structure long trouble-free operation and easy
cleaning, etc..
This machine can crush various
material and is widely used for organic
chemical, inorganic chemical, food, and medicine industries.

2. Introduction of
structure
There are four rotor
positions for this eddy mill that can be put in 3 ~ 4 rotors. Each
rotor consists of fourteen blades and two spacers to form fourteen
crushing chambers. After material is sent into the crushing
chamber, the high-speed revolving rotors can generate countless
ultrasonic eddy current with air and high-frequency pressure
produced by the eddy current, which causes strong vibration to
crush material. Material is transferred from the first stage to the
second stage and then the third stage, making nearly *0% material
with fineness of *0 ~ **0 mesh. If four rotors are mounted,
the fineness of brittle material can reach 2μm, and the material
that is emplastic or elastic material also can be processed. In
addition, the temperature of material rises very little during
operation, which quite advantageous for crushing heat sensitive raw
materials in chemical industry.
3. Process flow and equipment
configuration
Process flow: constant
material is fed to mill evenly through feeder. The removed mixture
of material and air is transmitted into cyclone separator, and the
material is separated from air, then extra air enters
dust collector for secondary separation to remove air.
In order to improve crushing
efficiency, it is of vital importance to select proper material
feeder, separator and dust collector. Our configuration of
vibrating material feeder and rotary disc material feeder are well
applicable. We also produce auxiliary equipment made of stainless
cyclone separator and dust collector for customer’s
option.
The particle size of feed-in
material should be controlled at 2 ~ *0mm generally. If the
particle size of the material is beyond that size, additional
primary crushing equipment is recommended.
