Features of our Crushing and Screening Plant include high capacity, low noise, and maintenance- free. Problems of maintenance and noise frequency in traditional linear vibrating screens are solved, and at least **0 maintenance-free working days are guaranteed each year.

 

Bucket elevator is adopted by the plant to Iift materials from the bin at a lower level, which is elevated to top by a conveyor belt or chain, passing the top wheel and flipping to dump materials into the storage cylinder. A shell is mounted on the elevator to prevent dust from raising. A cover plate is mounted on top of the storage cylinder. Flow rate at the outlet is adjustable when materials are supplied to the screening machine. Given by the differences in granule sizes and aerodynamic properties, low-density granules remain on the surface, while the high-density ones are sinking to the bottom screen under appropriate vibration and air flow for an automatic segregation. Granules on the surface slides down to the outlet and then into the crusher, while cobbles and unsuspended heavy granules are moving over the rear along surface of the screen. Pressure is decreasing as the surface layer get thinner, and granules in the bottom layer flood into the surface layer continuously, therefore, when the screen level is exposed, only a small quantity of granules are remaining. A small quantity of granules is blown back by the reverse air flow, while cobbles and other heavy granules are discharged through the outlet. Induced draft is designed for the screener with a comparatively large shield and opening to induce dusts into the pouch—style deduster. Granules treated by the crusher are conveyed into the linear vibrating screener by the elevator, and dust generated by crushing are collected into the pouch-style pulse deduster. The dual-motor low-noise and maintenance-free linear rotary screen holds materials in a straight line. Materials of various granularity can be screened. The material bin could be used for storage. Materials could be packed in jumbo bags for movement or storage. Unattended operation mode is available, which dramatically reduces manpower cost and production cost. The plant can operate stably without maintenance.

 

Motive power and consumption of the plant are both above **0kw. Transducer control is adopted. Actual power consumption is approximately **0kw/h. A 1.**2t waste heat boiler is provided. Water consumption for softening is approximately 1.**2t/h. Fume exhausting rate is about *0,*****5,**0m³/h. Fumes go through combustion, quenching, desulfurization, denitration, dioxin separation, water-gas separation, pouch dedusting, active carbon absorption before organized discharge. Waste water from spray and drying goes through active carbon absorption and reverse osmosis membrane before organized discharge.
