Our cryogenic air separation plants produce tons of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon efficiently and safely every day.

How It Works
The process begins with the intake of huge volumes of air from the atmosphere. The air is compressed and purified before entering the cryogenic equipment package. The air is cooled to about ***0°F (***5°C) and then, relying on different boiling points, separated into its elemental components in the form of liquid oxygen, argon and nitrogen.
We help to design and manufacture Cryogenic air separation plant of production capacity from *0Nm3~***0Nm3.

The cryogenic nitrogen system components include:
1, An air filter
2, An air compressor
3, An air prepurifier
4, An separation Column / insulated package containing cryogenic equipment (cold box)              5, A heat exchanger

6, An expansion turbine

Commissioning and After-sales Service                     

Commissioning:

Wehave the complete teams for commissioning job: we have experienced engineers who have been working in operating and commissioning on cryogenic air separation plant for more than *0 years. The teams from Develop will conduct on the plant arrangement, installation, commissioning and workers training till the plant goes into formal running.

After-sales service:

 Each plant from us has the **-month warranty. The wearing parts is supplied in free during warranty.
