PET resin:virgin resin granules

Product Description

CRYSTALPET resin provides customers with a clear and optically superior end product by using new architectural technology. The spherical shape of our resin allows for more even heat absorption and eliminates surface dust formation. The resin morphology helps in highly improve thermal profile in downstream processing.
CRYSTALPET is suitable for a variety of applications including water, carbonated soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, edible oil and pharmaceutical containers. The resin is designed and engineered to provide high dimensional strength and excellent mechanical properties. The low crystallinity and heat of fusion of the resin provides the unique advantages of low residual acetaldehyde generation in injection molding and lower energy requirements for conversion into bottles. The spherical pellets of the resin ensure smooth conveying in long pipelines with near zero fines generation. The uniform spherical surface allows for easy flow of air around the PET pellets and helps in consistent drying at lower temperatures, saving valuable energy.
