CSK****2 Two component Endring adhesive

APPLICATIONS
Glue metal end-rings to nickel rotary screens.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Two-component adhesive (Part A and B)
Highly resistant to shock and vibration

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix 1 part of Part A with 1 part of Part B by weight and the Part A must be more than Part B. Use within *0 to *0 minutes. To obtain optimal adhesion, degrease the end-rings surface. Apply an even coating of the prepared mixture to both end-rings and to the inside of the screen. Fit the end-rings into the screen. Let cure for *4 hours at room temperature, for 2 hours at **8ºF (*0ºC), or for *5 minutes at **2ºF (**0ºC)

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Before using, refer to appropriate material safety data sheets.

STORAGE
When sealed in the original container and stored in cool conditions, CSK chemical products will maintain their original properties for one year from the date of production.

PACKAGING
*Part A is available in 1 kilogram containers
*Part B is available in 0.8 kilogram containers
