Improve the Fe grade, then the concentrate into concentrate pool, the tailings be discharge by sand pump.

scope of application:    

         CTS fair-current wet permanent drum magnetic separator is applicable to wet separation in weak  magnetic field for fine granular strong magnetic mineral mterial, or eliminate the strong magnetic mineral mixed in the non-magnetic mineral mterial.

          The product can give and expel mineral materials continuously, with the features of big depth in magnetic field,great working gap and high processing capacity.

          CTS fir-current permanent magnetic drum separator is suitable for the ore size of 6mm~0mm for rough choosing and selecting.

 working principle:
         When the ore pulp enters the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the cylinder surface, but the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are separated out. When the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface are taken out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate slot by rinse water to complete the separation.
