But the price of this production
line made in foreign country is very expensive. Now

Shantou CHUANLONG Machinery
Co., Ltd. based on the advantages of all similar
production
lines at home and abroad and as the first manufacturer of all the

“Gas-style custard Cake Fully Automatic Production
Line”.
It is a line with capacity of
9,**0kg per day. It has the advantages of low cost,
reasonable price, high lever of automatic, low rate of no-good
products and machine easy to clean.
B�The Feature Of The Production
Line
1. The Gas-Channel Oven
Type
Fan is used to get the good
gas-burning without polluting the oven, with temperature
control-system for 8 sections, is divided into
upper and lower layer each 4 sections. With
individual fire-tube, the cake out
of this oven is much better than it is out of
electrical-oven.
The color of cake is much
beautiful, the taste is better, and the smell is stronger. So it
is more attracted by the
customer.
2. Digital display is used in the
Temperature Control Device of the Gas-Channel-Oven.
The Auto-Temperature-Controller
has *-ways-outlet with up & down limited, keep the gas
fully-tube, even-temperature-heating and without
any pollution. It is for cake, bread, puff, Moon-Cake making.
3. More Safety
Device.
There are devices of No-Burn
Safe-Guard Device and *-Unit Electromagnetic Valve in the
Burning
System. It plays a role of double safe guard. With the PLC fire
Inspection System,
when no fire in the oven-head, the
gas can be cut off in a short time.
4. The temperature of each section
of the oven and the condition of each burning head
can be
seen on the Control Penal. The indicated light will be flashing
when the fire stop in the
Burning-Tube. The Fan will work to blow out the gas in the Oven. It
takes the second time of
Safeguard.
C�Processing Line
1. Mixing
It can be done auto-mixing after
loading the pastematerial;
you also can set the mixing-time.
After the
finish of mixing, the lifter loads
automatically the
paste-material in to the
filling-hopper (tank).
2. Oil-Coating
The Oil-Coating Machine, designed by
us, set before
Dough Depositor is a machine to make
(brush) an
oil-layer on the tray, so as to
prevent the cake from
sticking on the surface of the
cavities of mode. So that
the products of the cake can be good
looking & the
shape would be
beautiful.
3. Filling
The filling of paste-material,
*4pcs/*-line, in 3 times
filling for each plate, will be
done after the Oven-Plate
coated with oil entered into the
filling machine. After
finishing the filling, the
Mould-Plates enter into the
Oven-Channel (Chamber) for heating
and drying.
4. Drying
The Oven-Channel (chamber) for
heating and drying is
*0Meters long with *6 Temperature
Control sections

Mould-Plate-Return
The cakes go through drying
automatically and enter
into the conveyer of
Mould-plate-Return by the
turn-bend device in 2 times. After
the cake going
through the cooling,
Cream-Filling, Out of mould, the
mould-plates go to get Oil-coating
and enter in to the
inlet of Turn-Bend
Device.
6. Cooling
The Cakes on the Conveyer get
natural cooling and
then enter into the Cream-Filling
Area.

Auto-Cream-Filling
By Auto-Cream-Filling Setting, *4
pcs of cake is 2 lines
can be filled at a time. The
filling of each cake-plate
(*2pcs) can be finished in 3
times.
8. Cake-off-Mould
After the filling of
paste-material, the cakes enter into
the area of cake-off-mould.*2pcs
of cakes will be taken
out in a time by the machine. And
the
empty-mould-plate will enter into
the Oil-Coating
Machine, while the conveyor for
packaging will take out
the cakes.
9. Separate
conveyer
When cakes come out from moulds, it
will
automatically convey to different
packing line.
*0. Packaging
The cakes enter into the
pillow-packaging machine for
packing.
