I have  a serious title holder seller  for  D2 residing and  active in Dubai. I met with this seller  personally and  verified and checked his documents and some  of the  deals they have executed.

> They bring into Fujairah Port in UAE almost weekly or two weeks one vessel of either 50,000 tons or  100,000 tons.

If  you have serious  buyers, you need to get your buyer to issue tentative  LOI in the  name  of  the Seller GMLGT Ltd, UK,  requesting to purchase  12/100.000 tons term contract then you  can delegate  your  representative  to meet  me  and  i take  him to the seller to meet  them in person and verify documentation, so we can get FCO with all terms  and  conditions.

 Seller price CNF Fujairah Port  is  875 Dollars per ton net net, with $10 per ton secure commission fees from the  buyer. that will cover myself and associates, as well your firm.
This seller usually sells the vessels  on spot  basis Dip Test/Pay basis, where the buyer is  obligated to  advance 500,000 dollars as down payment to do the  Dip test where  upon successful Dip Test the buyer  pays the  price by MT103 less the down payment which means  that this  down payment  is part  of the  order  price and recoverable. More  over the seller sells the D2  on long term 12/100,000 tons deal where  the  seller will deliver the  first  shipment  without any payment  while from the second shipment on the  buyer will advance down payment of only 250,000 dollars refundable.

> This down payment arrangements have been imposed by this seller as to avoid  false  or  incapable  Buyers, as it happened many times that buyer signs  agreement  and  then  Buyer vanishes when the  ship is reaching the  port which created lots  of damage  and losses in  demur rage  to seller, specially that they arrange the freight  themselves and  they pay shipping  company 70% in advance and 30% upon ship calling  into the  port, thus  the down payment  is  mostly used for paying  balance of freight charges which is  pre-condition that  Captain allows SGS to do the  Dip Test.
