DAP(Di-Ammonium Phosphate Fertilizer), USDxxx/MT net FOB Beihai/Fangchenggang/Zhanjian port, China

-Specifications:
*1.Total Nutrient(N+P2O5): *4% Min.
*2.Nitrogen content(N): *8% Min.
*3.Effective Phosphate(as P**5): *6% Min.
*4.Water-Soluble Phosphate(as P**5): *1% Min.
*5.Grain Size(**5mm): *0% Min.
*6.Moisure: 2% Max.
*7.Appearance: Granular in Brown/Coffee/Dark color or light-yellow color, Free Flowing

-Package: In PP woven bags of *0kgs net each with PE bags inner, Neutral English Marking,*5MTS/*0'FCL or in bulk.

-Origin of Goods: P.R.of China.

-Pre-inspection: By CIQ at Seller's cost at the loading port.
-CO: Issued by CIQ or CCPIT freely if needed.
-Documents: Full set of B/L,Commercial Invoice,Packing List and COA.
-Ordered Quantity Min.: 1x*0'FT container in each one lot shipment.
-Delivery Time: Within *1days or earlier since receipt of payment or L/C.

-Payment Term:
1>.Usance/Deferred L/C is not acceptable.
2>.IRR.**0% L/C at sight from any top world banks.(a confirmed L/C is preferable).
3>.Full T/T in advance.(or *0% Min. in advance, balance against faxed copy of B/L).
4>.T/T is the most preferable as it's simple to handle everything by saving a lot.
