Application

1. Highest speed reducer shaft speed is not more than 1500 r/min.

2. Gear circumferential velocity is not more than 20 m/s.

3. Working environment temperature for - 40-45 ℃. When the environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃, before the start of lubricating oil should be heating distribution heat pipe (the other).

DBY type for the secondary drive hard tooth surface gear reducer. DCY type 3 is hard tooth surface gear reducer drive, the first level transmission for gleason spiral bevel gear, the second and third level transmission of involute cylindrical helical gear.

Reducer by form the shaft can be divided into I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ four assembly type, according to the output shaft rotation direction can be divided into clockwise and counterclockwise (N) (S) two kinds.
