Description
This defoamer is the latest R&D result from Zilibon, which is designed especially for textile printing & dyeing industry in the high temperature and strong alkaline condition. It can quickly remove foams and long-term suppress foams in the condition of medium-high temperature and strong alkaline.
With the advantages of high content, good water-solubility, no oil floating, strong acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance( *0~**0ºC), this defoamer is compatible to the top brand defoamer on market.
In addition to that, compared with the common organic silicone defoaming agent, this product can keep lasting foams suppressing effect in high alkaline chemical cleaning condition.
And the foams control performance is stable and excellent in the non-ionic and anionic active surface agent system.

Application
High temperature strong alkaline textile dyeing defoamer is used in:
1. The pretreatment product of textile industry: universal OK oil penetrant, printing acrylic size, pretreatment, textile chemical fiber oil, refining agent,  dyeing and finishing of fabrics, polyester dyeing in normal temperature, textile sizing, and textile agents, desizing, beaching, washing, water treatment system, etc.
2. The whole process of textile dyeing, high temperature, and strong alkaline industrial chemical cleaning agents.
3. Other chemical formulas with strong alkaline, high shear, high-pressure condition.

Instructions 
Usage: Direct add this defoamer to the foaming system.
Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual test.

Packaging and storage
1. Packing: *0KG, **0KG, ***0KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.
2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around *5ºC.
3. The shelf life is about *2 months.
4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
