About: The Dehydrated Garlic Flakes is prepared by cutting roots (Peeling) and then separating all cloves and heating on conveyer belt. The colour sorting is done for selecting best quality Dehydrated Garlic flakes which are then used for export. The dehydrated garlic flakes are then used in food consumption and for animal feed in cold countries.

Uses: Dehydrated Garlic flakes or Dried Garlic Flakes are used in various food preparations, adding as ingredients in various spicy products, masala making, pickles, making of vinegars.
