Deionized Grape must Concentrate is prepared from the raw material (grape sulfur must), it is oenological treated according to its quality, process involved are: clarification, discoloration, filtration). For all these processes the raw material passes by different sort of resins which eliminates color, taste and smell, besides some other parameters that are reduce, such as: acidity and conductivity. Afterwards concentration process begins, it’s done throughout dehydration (columns fed by steam boiler).until reaching the º brix required by customer. Deionized Grape must Concentrate is transparent, it contains no additives, essence, flavorings or colorings of any kind.
