| 3. the quality of garments purchased would be sole responsibility of the customer ... they will have to check the quality of goods themselves.. if pieces with finger - holes, missing parts are found, they can be rejected |
| 4. if customer is happy with the goods during initial inspection, he will have to make an advance payment of 5 lakh rupees will have to be made through RTGS (to ensure that the goods are locked from others ) ... and begin with counting/inspection of garments.. rest of the amount will have to be credited to the bank account through RTGS... at this stage... |
