IV. Operating Instruction

1. Placing the photoelectric sampler in any position of checked meter dial.

2. Rotating the photoelectric sampler, to make the center of three spots aim at checked meter dial or pulse output light of electronic meter.

3. In right state and position, the photoelectric sampler will take samples automatically, without manual adjustment.

4. Switching working state: press the red reset  for 1.5 second, then the sampler will switch working state between mechanical and electronic.

5. With manual switch function, the active light blinks in the state of manual switch. Pressing the reset  once will trigger output a pulse.
