I. Pure water (RO) equipment
summary
RO pure water equipment adopts the most
advanced, saving-energy membrane separation technology, the
principle of pure water equipment is under the action of pressure
higher than solution osmotic pressure, other impurities cannot
permeate the semi-permeable membrane, then the water is separated
from other matters. The membrane aperture of RO membrane is very
small, so the RO equipment can remove the dissolved salts,
colloids, microorganisms, organic substances etc effectively, pure
water equipment can produce pure water, high pure water, to meet
the requirements of different industries and
customers.
II. The main technology process of RO pure water
equipment

3. Multi-media
filter
The main purpose is to remove the mud and sand, iron
rust, colloids, suspended matter, as well as the matters are more
than *0um in the raw water. Backwash, direct wash can be done by
manual valve control or full-automatic controller. To ensure the
product’s quality, prolong the service life of
equipment.
4. Activated
carbon filter
The system adopts shell activated carbon filter,
activated carbon not only can adsorb electrolytic ions, but also
have the ion exchange adsorption. Meanwhile, the equipment has the
self-protection system, the operation cost is low.
5. Ion
softening/feeding system
RO device is to dissolve solids, reduce concentrate
discharge, take use of fresh water, prevent concentrate end from
growing calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate,
calcium sulfate etc, whose concentration is more than the balanced
dissolvability, which will have the crystallization, damage the
performances of membrane
6. Precision filter
To remove the residual suspended substances,
non-straight particles and colloids, make RO system and the
following equipments operate safer and more reliable. Membrane
element is the 5um meltblown filter element, the purpose is to
remove the impurities left by the last stage filtration, which are
5um, avoid entering into the RO device, damage the membrane
surface, and then destroy the desalinization performance.
7. RO
RO’s desalinization and recovery rate are high, run is
stable, covering space is small, operation is simple. RO equipment
is desalinizing while removing the majority of bacteria, colloids
and the organic substances with macro molecular
weight.
