WDF clamps are quick and easy to install while still giving great security. Designed conform DIN ***5, WDF clamps assure a simple and reliable dampening support for tubes, pipes, hoses and conduits for a wide range of industries including industrial hydraulic systems, mobile and marine hydraulic systems, process industries and electrical construction. The clamping system is the most commonly overlooked aspect of fluid power system design. Failure to properly restrain the fluid conducting system can result in leakage, downtime and system malfunction, as well as significantly reduced life of tube, pipe and hose assemblies. With WDF clamps, the risk of problems resulting from mechanical shock and vibration can be significantly reduced. WDF clamps consists of two Polypropylene or Polyamide halves, held to a Q**5 carbon steel welding plate by one or more stainless steel bolts through a stainless steel cover plate. We offer single, elongated, twin as well as group welding plates. The thickness of these welding plates is 5mm. Clamps may be mounted to secure a single layer assembly or stacked to allow for multi-layer assembly. The WDF clamp range includes the Standard series (S) , Twin series (T) , Heavy series (H) and Tailor Made series, with basic sizes ranging from 6mm ~ **6mm OD.
