The Disposable Electrosurgical pencils are sued for the cutting and coagulation of soft tissue and have a conductive cable which is designed for use with high frequency surgical generator (Electrosurgical unit). The connector or plug fits into electro surgical unit,The hand pieces are made of plastic with two s or a rocker switch toward the distal part of the pencil in the case of the hand-controlled pencils, while the foot controlled pencils is activated by a monopolar foot switch connected to the generator. One or switch is to control the cutting mode, CUT, of the ESU while the other controls the coagulation mode, COAG. The applied electro surgery, monopolar, is the emittance of the high frequency alternating current, HFAC, from the diathermy via an active electrode through the patients body tissues and then returned back to the diathermy machine via a dispersive electrode (patient return pad).

Applications
The Disposable Electrosurgical Pencil is used for cutting and coagulation to remove tissue and control bleeding by using high frequency during electro surgical with a specified ESU generator. The device is disposable for single use and supplied as sterile with an electrode tip.

The cable can bear the test of 1.5 times open circuit voltage is connected with frequency surgical Equipment, last *0s without penetration. 6. Biocompatibility safe for electrode following requirements of ISO ****3 series. 7. The conducting part of electrode is insulated from shank and the insulating material made sleeve.

Cleanness & Sterile Status
Its a sterilized disposable product produced in **0,**0 class clean room to control the cleanness and bio-burden of the final product. After primary packaging in separate plastic & permeate paper pouch with sealing process in clean room, the final product is sterilized by EO gas to ensure a sterile status. Before the product releasing, the EO residue is ensured to below *0mg/Kg.
