All returned items must in original condition. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke, we have the right to refuse the refund application. All dresses must be returned in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached.

If you arent satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.
