The maximum preset time is *9 minutes and the minimum is 1 second. Every memory can be changed at will at any time. It is a stand-alone lift with a dimension of *2x*5x2.5 inch (adjustable height) and can be fitted to your deep fryer just in a few minutes. This lift is a commercial lift for restaurants. It has been tested for *****0 runs without problem.
