    1, TI *6:9 HD Chip
TI 0.*5" DLP™ DMD display chip with ratio *6:9 and native resolution ***0****0, perfect combination with HD video signals.
    2. Advanced structure
Grade 8 shakeproof: innovative structure design that effectively avoids optical device translocation, deformation, deterioration and display deviation caused by shaking of precision photoelectric products.
IPX dustproof: advanced optical-electric separation technology, reaches national standard.
Arc tiled joint: ultra-large Arc-shaped split joint is available. (standard is 3 degree arc shape, others are non-standard requirements)
Noise: noise of display cube is less than *0Db, real mute operation.
Indusralized cabinet: cabinet adopts aluminium alloy materials, has good steel degree and light weight; in cooperation with independent axis geometry modification system, geometric precision matching of each display image is realized, and nearly seamless display effect is formed.
3. Ultra-long service life
    LED source service life reaches *0,*****0,**0 hours, and equipped with VATION's excellent dustproof, shakeproof and anti-aging technology, display cubes have ultra-long maintenance-free period.
4. HDR+ image processing chip
HDR is the abbreviation of High Dynamic Range, for example HDRI or HDRR. The dynamic range means the ratio between top value and the minimum. The current *6 bits integer format value is marked as 0(black) or 1(white), but no over range value, for example the color value of the highlight in the metal interface which is whiter than the traditional white.
    With the help of HDR, the over range value is available to render more realistic 3D effect.
5. Ultra-wide color gamut with refined wide angle performance
LED series products have the feature of ultra-wide gamut, excellent color and stable brightness. And they are added an extreme enjoyment of the wide angle horizon. With the Brilliantcolor™ of TI, they can perfectly present the true color of the nature, and then give audience a true nature.
6. RGB array LED source, no need of color wheel
LED RGB source provides direct red, green and blue to projector, with no need of color wheel for source filtering and colour separation, and avoids the loss of light brightness and color expression; no color wheel defects greatly reduces maintenance requirements; parallel light, no need of condenser lens, light utilization ratio is enhanced.

*0. Unique ultra-wide color gamut dynamic color re-generating technology
People that pay constant attention to LED source may notice that, with the fuller color rendering LED based DLP display cubes have, there are still phenomena of strong single color and obvious colour cast, which makes audience uncomfortable. Actually this is a common phenomenon that exists in most brand products, because all LED lamps will have color differences in production, and red deviation, a natual phenomenon of LED.
VATION aims to provide users with optimal visual solutions, and about these features, VATION implants ultra-wide color gamut dynamic regenerating technology in LED based DLP projector, and has tested the color cast in projection production. According to test results, specific adjustment will be made to DDP working parameters; all these will effectively correct color cast, and keep the final output inamge in fine natural color, and the coherenece of color on each display cube. 
*1. Precision color adjustment technology
VATION's unique precision color adjustment technology can realize independent adjustment of R, G, B, C, M, Y, W, and emulate display modes of complicated mixed color and transitional color, conduct united regulation of multi-primarycolor mix and match. In this way, color adjustment means are enriched, and unlimited refinement of color adjustment work is achieved, which brings about color expressions closer to reality.
*2. Dual core technology
VATION innovatively designs two CPU chips in optical engine; newly added CPU specially deals with communication with control units, temperature monitoring and fan rotation speed; the main CPU can focus on image processing work that assures the reliability of optical engine operation, and more qualified in image processing.
*3. Intelligent Color and Brightness Adjustment Technology
A built-in sensor adjusts the color and brightness, and ensures the consistence of color and brightness over multi-screen for a long time.
*4. Unique liquid cooling technology
VATION takes the lead to use liquid cooling technology. Projection display system need continuous lighting, temperature of projector rises after long-time use, and too high temperature will shorten the service life of projector, which causes shorter maintenance period and higher maintenance cost. According to tests by New York Rensselaer lighting research center and other institutions, LED service life will be doubled if LED chip temperature reduces by *0 centigrade. VATION's VCVS series takes the lead and uses heat pipe liquid technology to quickly reduce LED temperature, efficiency increased by almost *0% compared to common fan cooling; then service life of projector is increased and temperature constancy after system long-time operation is assured.
*5. DMD circuit board as many as *0 layers
As is known to all, DLP technology is TI's global sole technology. DLP technology is realized by a chip called DMD. As this chip has high technical precision, with **4 pins for output and minor distance between each pin, it has high requirements for circuit board design. To keep the high stability of signals, VATION uses circuit boards as high as *0 layers, makes circuit layout cubic, increases space between lines by *0%, and greatly enhances product stability.

*1. *2Bit single-shot circuit
It adopts full digital *2 digitgray scale 3D high frequency impulse circuit technology, great improvements compared to traditional 8digit impulse circuit ; image gray shade scale reaches **6~***4 level, color **6³~***4³ kinds, no image noise, stable image quality, precise presentation of digital image.
*2. Built-in image processor
Built-in image processing module in projection unit can be mutual backup with external processor. Random screen cross and roaming of signals can be realized with no dependence on external image processors.
*3. Specially-made mechanical adjustment device
Professional *-axis projector adjustment device realizes the random adjustment of images from the projector, assures the display effect of single screen, and, together with advanced screen cutting process, makes physical bezel less than 0.2mm and optical bezel less than 0.4mm; then a clear and bright image effect is presented to the audience in the end.
*4. Unique *2 dynamic point adjustment technology
Unique optical engine adjustment device and *2 dynamic reflecting mirror adjustment assures the optical bezel less than 0.2mm. Advanced optical screen and Fresnel lens technology solves the Sun Effect. 2nd deep processing of the screen makes physical bezel less than 0.1mm.
