Adopting Electric furnace +vacuum degassing + centrifugal casting, ***0 tons extrusion mill Extrusion Unit Three-extrusion Moulding ,Normal temperature and high temperature electric tensile mill,Swiss ARL more matrix spectrum analyzer. Metallurgical detection , ONH***0 gas analysis instrument imported from Germany and etc.
Application:Oilfield、natural gas pipe line, Chemical industry and etc.
Normal grade: Basic layer are carbon structure steel/ alloy structure steel (N*0、L*0、P**0、X*0、L**0NCS ) and etc. Clad metal are **4L,**6L,***5, Incoloy**5, G3, Inconel**0, S****3 and etc. And we can composite other material according to the requirements of clients.
Standard: API 5L/5LD or the technical agreements.
