Processing Citrus fruit can result in huge quantities of waste
material. At SOGA Organic we strive to effectively utilize the
natural waste material by producing useful by-products. One of
these products is naturally dried organic citrus peels.
Any unused waste is fed to our cattle which provide us with organic
manure for our composting plant.
