Detailed Product Description Based on API Spec.7, ZYZXDYs drill collars are made of ***5H MOD chromium molybdenum alloy steel. All threads machined with CNC Lathes Double shoulderd, including some special threads.We inspect all our drill collars to comply with API ***** rigid inspections include visual dimensional checks as well as ultrasonic inspections over the entire body of the drill collar. All connections are phosphate-coated or copper plating to improve resistance to corrosion. We have Normal drill collars, Non-magnetic drill collars, Spiral drill collars. Different sizes of drill collar we produce are from 3 1/2" to *1", our strength is large sizes like above 9" and small sizes like below 4 3/4". Please refer to Size and Connection Page.
