Locust beans is a popular african soup condiments commonly referred  to as Iru in yoruba. It is a local seasoning used in soups and stews.

Our locust beans are carefully collected and selected,dehulled,washed and rinsed in clean water, and fermented into two types of final products. Product was sundried to prevent spoilage and enhance easy exporting.





The african locust bean seed contains *5% protein,*6% carbohydrate,*9% lipid. It also contains antinutritional contents such as tannins,phytate and oxalate.
