Dry milk – is powder foodstuff that got after drying of normalized
pasteurized milk. Its food value equals to the fresh milk.
Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins (including
most of vitamin C) that present in liquid milk are kept in the
dried one. Dried milk is widely used to produce ice-cream,
confectionery, rolls and buns, sausages.
