Dry Permanent Magnetic Separator for Lump Ore is a kind of new type separation equipment for ore with high-performance.
This magnetic separator has the following advantages: high magnetic induction intensity, advanced structure, light weight, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
Besides existing types of magnetic drum separators, our company can also develop magnetic separators (or magnetic pulley) which can possess various magnetic induction intensities with different types of belts according to customers’ requirements.
The existing magnetic separator series can satisfy the ore separation needs of large, medium and small ore concentration plants.
This magnetic drum separator is mainly used in the following applications:
(a) For pre-separating at magnetic separation plants, to remove stones mixed in ores, restoring the geologic grade of ores, saving enery and increasing the treatment capacity of the plant.
(b) Used in mining stope to recover iron ore from waste stones and improve resource utilization rate.
(c) For slag treatment at steel mills to recover metal iron.
(d) For garbage disposal to separate and recover usable metal which would be helpful to the environment.

(1) Electromotor power and belt length can be designed according to site conditions.
(2) Magnetic induction intensity can be adjusted to the best performance and price in accordance with the different characteristics of ore.
