bulk by ship

White seed corn ****0 ton for month in bulk by ship

Yellow seed corn ****0 ton for month in bulk by 

ship

Soft wheat flour in pack of *5 kg ****0 ton for 

month

Currency : United States Dollars (USD)

Destination : Venezuela port

Inspection : CIQ at load port at sellers expense

Payment : **0% via Sight Irrevocable Non 

Transferrable Documentary Credit

Price : USD __________ per metric ton CIF

We understand that this letter of intent is a starting 

point for further negotiations and operates as a 

framework under which the transaction can proceed 

and feel free to forward your quotations/offers with 

specification. Note that once we sign the contract 

our representative will visit the refinery to inspect to 

obtain copies of factory registration and certificates 

the refinery may issue invitation letters on our 

request within *4 hours of contract signing in this 

regard. (appreciate your strict compliance for this
