INSPECTION: Quality, quantity, weight and photo by Societe Generale De Surveillance (SGS) or substantially equivalent agreed, internationally approved agency at Sellers cost, in the presence of person nominated by the buyer for quality checking at the port of loading. Buyer to authorize the SGS report of the loading port, for pre-shipment confirmation.



TERMS OF PAYMENT: Guarantee: ICC **8 BG/SBLC valid for *2 months, Top *5 Bank, valued as per the annual volume of  Contract,  Monthly payment shall be effected by MT**3 (direct money transfer) within 3 (three) banking days upon & against presentation of the shipping documents and will be guaranteed with, Auto revolving, Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed Letter of Credit (LC), **0% payable at sight, issued by any of the Top *5 Prime Banks acceptable to the Seller.
