Host Dust Remover is essential equipment for hopper at the top of the host to collect and remove dust in concrete mixing plants. Dust Remover consists a cylindrical, high intensity carbon steel shell connecting with pipe clamps, filter elements that are vertically inserted and airflow blowback cleaning system.  It is equipped with exhaust system which enables rapid air exhausting via filter elements to obtain the effect of de-dusting. Host Dust Remover makes use of multi-frequency electronic controlling system to control pulse solenoid valve in order to process filter elements by high pressure blowback; Thus, it effectively removes dust that is accumulated on filter elements and ensures the best air circulation state of filter elements  all the time. The frequency of high pressure blowback, which is used to process filter elements by pulse solenoid valve, can be settled individually.
