Easy FIX is a software application that, through complex algorithms, optimizes a 3D points trajectory reducing the number of points of which is composed. From a careful analysis of the production process, gained in close contact with the real problems and needs of the users; it issues that some bottlenecks in the programming and production phases are due to the overload of the amount of data that the system usually must process. In the milling process it's normally used, a CAD / CAM system, to program an anthropomorphic robot. The working program has usually thousands and thousands of points. The problem arises when the robotics system can not maintain the speed of the program because of too much closeness of the points. Easy FIX saves time because the path optimization process allows the robot to reach the programming speed and thus a faster program execution. An estimated savings in terms of time equal to *0%.
