Product Description

Egermann cut to the clear, grape motif crystal champagne flutes.  This product uses the traditional technique of cased (overlay) colored glass. The ageless grapevine motif has inspired many glass and pottery artists around the word for millennia past, bringing the joy of summer days onto the merry tables generous with food and drink. The outstanding synthesis of the fine engraving technique with the clearly transparent ruby color impresses a lively mood of sun drenched villages.  The crimson stain itself is executed by the acclaimed and famous technique developed by Fedrich Egermann, who had lived and worked in the traditional glass country of Northern Bohemia between the years of ***7 and ***4.  This product line is considered to be luxury glass.
