The shelf life of the product is 1 year from the date of manufacturing without any additives or preservatives. It can be stored in a normal dry room temperature. 
We are leading supplier of Hen whole egg powder and Hen egg yolk powder suitable for production of bakery, pastry, pasta, ready meals, mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, ice creams, confectionery, baby foods, desserts, fish & meat products, sausages etc. We also supply blends like *0% sugared whole egg powder for use in sweet bakery items (the sugar is added at the liquid stage and hence it is thoroughly embedded in the mixture and gives an excellent mouth feel to the end product) and Heat Stable Egg Yolk Powder for application in production of Mayonnaise. We supply different types of egg powders to suit the needs of different customers and markets. Egg powders have the same health & taste qualities that of fresh eggs & liquid / frozen egg products, plus the advantage of a much longer shelf life (minimum one year), easy handling (no breakage, no wastage), a reduced cost of transport and an economy of storage (no refrigeration required during transportation & storage). As a consequence Egg Powders offer a very convenient & economical alternative to fresh eggs & liquid / frozen egg products. The egg liquid used to produce egg powder is pasteurized & the egg powders are produced by spray drying hence they are free from any contamination & can be imported easily.
Powdered eggs are fully dehydrated eggs. Fresh Eggs (shell eggs) and Egg Liquid contains more than *5% water. Powdered eggs can be used without rehydration when baking. Powdered eggs do NOT need to be reconstituted in order to be used in baked goods such as cake, cookies, or bread. The dry egg powder is added while adding the dry ingredients and the water when adding the wet ingredients in the premix. However, powdered eggs can be easily reconstituted if required by adding one part of Egg Powder to three parts of water.
 
Our products are free from pesticide residues, antibiotic residues & metabolites. The raw material and finished products are tested for their chemical, microbiological and physical properties as per EU regulations. Major quantity (*5%) of our total egg powder produced is exported to customers in Germany,Denmark, Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam and our quality is well accepted globally Attached please find specifications of our products & company presentation.
 
Once Goods Sold Will not be taken back.

Packing   :  *0 kgs/carton  standard packing for all products ( *0 kgs nett packed in a food grade HMLDPE bag with a goose neck knot and *-
                   placed in an export worthy 5 ply CFB carton ). 
Payment  : **0% in advance. 
Delivery   : The bulk requirements of WEP & EYP can be arranged for despatch in **2 week after receipt of your confirmed PO and the advance payment.
                   However the EWP can be sent only if the stock is available. Otherwise it requires a minimum lead time of apprx. ****0 days after confirmation of your Order.
