3.    The sugarcane is cleaned and treated and use directly? Is there any

wax on the sugarcane?

No. Only treated to kill germs. If the wax on the cut, it can stay fresh **6 weeks.

4.    How you treat the two ends of the piece to preserve them, do you

put any material on the ends like wax material or not ? we need the ends in a slope cut shape?

True. It cut oblique. We just wash treatment technologies MARDI. If you want the wax, we follow the demand.

5.    During the shipment the sugarcane will be cooled? If yes what is the degree?

Temperature **5 degrees

6.    My store in my country will be cool type or freezing type?  Which degree?

Cane lasts longer with temperature. Temperature **5 degrees

7.    When I will distribute it to the operation locations in my country I will use

cool or freezing car?

Not necessary. But should be kept in a chiller  when arrived at the destination.

8.    My clients will put it in the refrigerator or freezer to preserve

it during using?

Should be placed in the chiller. Refer to the picture. Important chiller temperature ( Temperature **5 degrees )
