Electric alloy wired flexible heater is made by printing special alloy material into evenly spaced resistance wires slurry and wound it into thin slice or sheet. It is around 0.**5mm thickness. The resistance temperature coefficient is small and stable, so it makes the power resistance value goes stable. So the power’s resistance value can be controlled by adjust the thickness, width or the shape of the sheet heater.
This element can accord to the requirement of different temperature, embedded it into different insulation materials such as mica film, polyester film and polyimide film to form the required heating element.
