PLC on main machine or OPC controls working cycle of lubrication pump: operating time and interval time.

Press plate is used to vacuumize and draw grease.

Pressure-regulating valve is equipped to control the operating pressure of lubrication pump, which ensures the safety of operation.

Solenoid pressure relief valve is installed to make the system pressure relieved after lubrication pump stops and reduce the time for pressure relief.

Vent valve is equipped to eliminate the air in the pump cavity, which ensures that grease can be discharged smoothly from the pump.

Pressure switch is equipped at the end of lubrication system to monitor discontinuous flow, pressure loss of main grease pipe in the lubrication pump and the grease leakage in the junction of metering unit and main grease pipe.
