Introductions - The Electrical control system of CT series is designed for grain processing plant including flour mill, rice mill and feed mill. In the electrical and automatic PLC control system, all the equipment motors, kinds of sensors, scales are connected by cabinets and cables. PLC is programmed according to the technology flowsheets and controls all the units logically. The whole processing flows are displayed by a computer which connected with the PLC. Visual graphics which are programmed by special software help the operator to manage the processing line. The PLC system not only can start up and stop the line automatically but also diagnose the failures and faults of the machine with alarming by sound and light. And then the PLC responds in different type according to the different default level while the faults are recorded in the control computer. - The shift and daily production record reports are created by the computer and kinds of tables or charts are produced in the reports which indicated the running time, shift capacity, instant capacity, products, and by-products yield. - The production data can also be send to the director directly or other correlative departments.
