Using the thermometer in a proper way stated below can avoid measurement errors. Infrared temperature measurement demands stricter on environment. Therefore, please follow these instructions:

1) The detector probe of instrument should be pointed vertically to the forehead - above the eyebrows and no hair covering, distance suggested in 5 *- 8 cm

2) When theres big temperature difference between person and environment, he is suggestd to stay in the testing environment for 5 minutes before proceeding on, otherwise it will affect the measurement result.

3) Fever patient who takes measurement to cool down will get a lower result.

4) If big temperature difference between storage and testing condition, instrument should be put down for *0mins to adapt to environment before used.

5) Stable testing condition is required, no fans, no air-conditioning output, etc

6) Instrument cannot be used outside or under the strong sunlight.

7) Donot expose the instrument to explosive gas, vapor or dust.

8)Warming:  DO NOT point the laser beam towards the eyes directly, or it may cause permanent damage to eyes.
