Strip Embedded Drip Tape Extrusion Line





1. Brief Introduction

The labyrinth strip embedded drip tape extrusion line adopts two extruders, with one used to extrude PE pipe, and the other to extrude labyrinth strip. The tape is extruded and welded with the embedded strip at almost the same time with no joint line and rough edge left. The machine has advantages of high cooling speed and fine processing accuracy. The stable production speed can reach **0m/min. The drip pipe produced by the line can be winded easily for there are no drippers inside. The wall thickness can be 0.*2mm to 0.*5mm, as has greatly reduced purchasing cost for farmers.

 

Labyrinth strip embedded drip tape is widely used for drip irrigation in greenhouses, fields and economic woods to irrigate fruits, flowers, tea gardens, fruiters and etc. It is used to save water, fertilizer and labour, to control earth surface temperature and humidity, to reduce insects damage, to keep soil structure, to improve soil quality, and improve production.
